Order Delivery Time:

Orders for Islamabad and Rawalpindi will be delivered within 3-5 days while delivery to other cities and may take 5-10 days. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you. Timely delivery is subjected to availability of the articles and order confirmation. During sale period, both order processing and delivery may take longer than expected.

Order Delivery Charges:

Eshnaal offers countrywide free delivery for all the orders above Rs.5000, however; orders Rs.5000 and below, will be charged with the standard delivery rates of Rs.199.

Order Delivery Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number. You can track your order on our website eshnaal.com or respective courier website mentioned in your email. If you don’t get any tracking updates, please contact to us at Care@eshnaal.com. Eshnaal cannot be held liable for the late delivery by third-party postal/courier companies.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel the order within 24hours or before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded, however; our ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply. Eshnaal may cancel orders for any reason and the most common reasons include: the item is out of stock or pricing errors, etc.
