Select your products from the Eshnaal.com website and click Add to Cart. Once you have added all your desired items to your Shopping Cart, follow these instructions:

1. Make sure you are signed in using the ‘Login In’ or ‘My Account’ link to have your orders history.
2. Choose the quantity and then click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button and proceed to ‘View Cart.
3. If you want to edit the selected quantity, do so, otherwise; click on the ‘View Cart’ button.
4. Review your selected product(s) details and apply coupon, if any, and proceed to Checkout.
5. Complete the Billing & Shipping details.
6. Select the Payment Method.
7. Click on ‘Place the Order’ button.
8. Check your email for a Sales Order Summary.

The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is a confirmation that your Order has been received. If you do not get this email, please reach out to our customer service at Care@eshnaal.com or WhatsApp No. +923327156500. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an Order once the Order has been placed. However, you may cancel the order within 24 hours and place a new Order. After the 24 hours, your Order will be Processed, and you may not be able to cancel it. Please review our return and exchange policy for the processed orders.

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through Email/SMS. You can log on to Courier Partner’s websites, enter your tracking ID and track your order. Also, you can click on the Track Your Order link on our website to track the status of your Order.

You can pay for your Order via following four payment methods:

1. Cash on Delivery.
2. EsayPaisa/Jazz Cash
3. Credit/Debit Transfer
4. Direct Bank Transfer

To redeem a discount coupon, go to your cart and type in coupon code, click on Apply Coupon and proceed to check out.

If payments made via EsayPaisa/Jazz Cash or Credit/Debit Card or Direct Bank Transfer are processed, you will receive refund into the source Account within 10 workdays from the time of Order cancellation.

In case of a payment failure, make sure that the payment information you have provided is accurate. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be reimbursed to your account. Please contact your financial service provider for any issues relating to payment failure.

Your Order should be delivered within

1. 3-5 days for twin cities (Islamabad/Rawalpindi).
2. 5-10 days for all other cities.

Orders are processed within 48 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery on the next working day.

Free delivery is provided on all Orders over Rs.5000 and normal delivery charges of Rs.199 are applicable on orders of Rs.5000 and below.

Our packages are delivered over land by leading third party courier companies.

Our delivery partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your parcel. Kindly ensure that the street address, city and state/province while placing an Order given is accurate. On the second failed attempt, your order will be cancelled. If you have already paid for this order, your payment will be refunded within 10 working days of order cancellation.

Your Order Number is used to identify your Order and will be a part of the Order Sales Summary email. Once your Order has been dispatched, your Tracking Number will be sent to you via our courier partner, or you may find it in our Track your Order on our website.
